Tape Filter
The band filter unit is a machine fit for polluted waters treatment for the appliances on rectangular tanks.
The object of this treatment is the purification of the waters coming from any kind of treatment so polluting that is impossible to allow the direct drain.
For this purpose the tank, which must be essentially rectangular, is continually powered by the liquid sewage flow which requires treatment.
The water entering the filter is immediately intercepted by a diffuser which disperses the water uniformly in all directions inside the tank.
Inside the tank, there is a plastic rug, acting as a support for a woven-non woven filter, which executes the straining of the liquid sewage.
The water filtered and purified goes down and come out from the pipe union.
A motor gives rotary motions to the plastic rug together with a woven filter, they move themselves paired inside steel guides.
The motorgear is assembled on a frame anchored to the tank.
While the woven filter fills up of accumulated impurity, the introduced liquid sewage has a continuous level raising up to reach the tank for liquid sewage check which will give a signal of woven advancement till the positioning of the clean part in the working zone.
The woven-non woven filter is loaded on the machine in rolls inserted on the roll shaft holder and the working pressure is adjustable by means of a pneumatic cylinder.
During its advancement, the plastic is maintained clean going in washing tank.
Between the benefits of the system stand out: the constructive simplicity; considerable specific flow which is able to dispose of: furthermore, the simple replacement of the cloth which allows to quickly vary quality of the filtrate and flow treated.
