Air Diffusers
The air diffusers are made from a polyester sponge expanded high density.
The air introduced into the diffuser through external air compressor, thanks to the spongy material give rise to microscopic bubbles, obtaining in this way a good mixing and oxygenation of sewage.
The microorganism contained in the biological sludge, need to be properly oxygenated and maintained in suspension.
Thereby, they are placed in the condition to degrade the organic substance and to convert compounds such as nitrogen and phosphorus membrane.
These membranes are used both for continuous airing and both for discontinuous.
Air supplied by a system of blowers, is distributed with in the network, and from here to each diffuser, swelling of the membranes and opening the passage consists of small holes.
The air is spread evenly through in the mass of water and sludge, in the form of fine bubbles.
