Poly Preparation Station

The poly preparation station is a machine to be used in the processes of mechanical dehydration of sludge, where are required a low consumption of flocculant.
The product in powder, before being used for the flocculation of the sludge to be treated, in order to obtain the desired concentration, must be diluted in water and undergo a maturation phase of 30-40 min.
Subsequently, the product to hydrate, will be transported in a heated conduit.
The hydrated products by means of an agitator is diluted in the first sector, through the siphon system enters the second sector which has the function of maturation and storage.
The system of preparation is made automatically by means of level probes which start and stop the preparation when the station is completely full in the two sectors.
